Job Summary: As a Field Service Technician (NETA 2), you will conduct essential electrical inspections, tests, and measurements, playing a key role in our commitment to safety and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include setting up and removing test equipment, performing basic acceptance and maintenance testing, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. You will work with limited supervision and demonstrate an understanding of hazardous electrical energy procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Testing: Conduct acceptance and maintenance testing while ensuring equipment safety through lockout/tagout procedures.
- Data Collection: Accurately collect and record test data.
- Test Equipment Management: Assist with the setup and breakdown of testing equipment, ensuring proper handling and cleanliness.
- Reporting: Write detailed and timely reports on test findings.
- Measurements: Perform basic electrical measurements with guidance.
- Support additional tasks as required to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Certifications like OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to work occasional overtime.
- Lifting capability of up to 50 pounds.
- Compliance with safety requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
