Finance Director

Position Summary: Great Wolf is seeking a Finance Director to serve as a strategic business partner, responsible for delivering financial results, internal controls, loss prevention, and reporting. The ideal candidate will analyze trends, provide accurate accounting, and measure financial results while collaborating with lodge leadership.

• Develop financial strategies through analysis and forecasting
• Ensure accurate accounting, expense management, and internal controls
• Analyze financial results for reporting and strategize corrective action plans
• Provide operational insight and organizational strategies
• Contribute financial information and analysis to aid decision making
• Build trusting relationships and hold department leadership accountable
• Partner with the General Manager to delegate financial responsibility
• Lead annual budget and capital investment planning

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic and positive energy
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the entertainment, amusement park, or hotel industry
• Previous experience with Coupa, Tableau, and O365 suite

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 20lbs
• Able to bend, stretch, and twist
• Able to stand or sit for long periods of time
