Key Responsibilities:

• Execute physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, and conduct treatments while documenting care according to policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess patients' conditions.
• Assess and evaluate the needs and responses of patients to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to guide patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed and over-the-counter medications as needed.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses to develop comprehensive Care Plans for all patients.
• Guide and supervise ancillary staff to maintain professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• 1-3 years of prior clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and the ability to apply problem-solving tools in patient care enhancement.
