Role Details
- Pay Rate: $17.50
- Overnight shifts include an additional $2.00/hour premium for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM
- Job Location: West Hartford
- Position Type: Full-time & Part-time

What You'll Do

Create Amazing Food
- Prepare menu items to Wonder standards while keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized
- Adhere to HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage
- Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and confirm every order is correct before it goes out
Deliver Incredible Hospitality
- Warmly greet guests and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app
- Share knowledge about our food concepts and support meal-kit and delivery operations to ensure order accuracy
- Engage in light local marketing activities (flyers, street engagement, etc.)
Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
- Wash, clean, and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift
- Properly manage trash/recycling and promptly report equipment issues
Be a Key Part of the Team
- Support teammates, pitch in where needed, and maintain a high-energy, positive environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Enjoy a collaborative environment where team members support each other and leaders invest in your development
Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role
- Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
- Solid organizational skills, clear verbal communication, and the ability to follow directions
- Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for a full shift while working
- Weekend availability required
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by State, County, or Local Health Departments
