When our investigations uncover issues, we are proactive in proposing effective solutions, leading to meaningful improvements in ED programs and influencing significant changes in vital Federal education laws.

We undertake criminal and civil investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, targeting schools, colleges, universities, contractors, subcontractors, and individuals that are part of ED programs or receive ED funding. Our efforts have exposed major fraud schemes involving individuals in trusted positions meant to educate our youth. We also embrace advancements in cybersecurity, leveraging cutting-edge technology to combat emerging threats from cyber and economic crime.
