Fuel Center Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional customer service and encourage your coworkers to do the same.

• Operate fuel pumps efficiently and safely.

• Conduct daily inspections and tours of the fuel center.

• Document incidents and security matters as necessary.

• Respond to fuel spills swiftly and accurately complete Fuel Spill Reports.

• Organize product displays and ensure the area remains tidy.

• Perform cashier duties, handling transactions accurately.

• Assist customers via telephone inquiries.

• Adhere to all corporate policies and maintain safety standards.

• Support company initiatives and promote community engagement.

• Be familiar with emergency procedures and important contact numbers.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.

• Manage conflicts in a calm, respectful manner.

• Uphold honesty and integrity when handling customer and business information.

• Follow directions and seek help to resolve customer issues when needed.

• Provide excellent support to all customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

• Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of industry-specific terms and practices.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant work experience is a plus.
