Job Summary
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You will oversee unit functions during your shift, collaborate with management, and direct nursing care in line with established policies, while supporting an unparalleled patient experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Guide efficient admission and discharge processes for optimal patient throughput.
- Participate in the continuous evaluation of patient care quality.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration to improve clinical outcomes.
- Engage in service recovery and maintain a patient-first environment.
- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Help manage staff scheduling and resource allocation effectively.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years.
- Preferred Education: Master's in Nursing.
- Required License/Certifications: Current Registered Nurse license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Certification in BLS Healthcare Provider.
