Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor

Swissôtel Sydney is a luxury five-star hotel located in the heart of Sydney's business, retail and entertainment district.

Swissotel Sydney is currently seeking to recruit for a Full Time Housekeeping Superstar to join our team as Housekeeping supervisor.

About the role:

• Daily rooms inspection

• Assists Housekeeping coordinator for allocation as required - Opera Cloud and HUBOS experience preferred

• Manages and communicates queue rooms to Housekeeping and Front Office teams

• Works closely with the engineering team for room maintenance request

• Reviews and monitors weekly staffing

• Assists the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper in training

• Efficient time management skills and able to manage competing priorities

• Excellent communication skills via phone and email

• Enjoy working within a diverse team and autonomously

• Genuine driver and innovator, commitment to guest service and excellent attention to detail

• Flexibility to work over a rotating roster including weekends and public holiday.
