Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and Order Writer
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our vibrant team as Full-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and Order Writers. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our beloved snack brands, including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, are perfectly displayed and stocked in various stores. Your efforts will help us bring joy to snack lovers everywhere!
Act as a representative of Mondel z, building strong relationships with in-store employees to maximize the visibility of our products.
Conduct store visits as per Mondel z's DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing images of displays to ensure top-quality presentation.
Utilize an iPad Tablet to place orders for products, ensuring that shelves and displays are always stocked.
Ensure our leading brands are prominently displayed and maintained according to Mondel z's standards.
Collaborate with Sales Representatives to guarantee adherence to negotiated plans and promptly communicate any concerns to management.
Follow a structured daily schedule set by your merchandising manager for optimal efficiency.
Contribute to the enhancement of seasonal sales, displays, and the successful launch of new products.
Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to every store visit, representing Mondel z in the best possible light.
Ideal Candidates:
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Self-motivated individuals with a positive, professional attitude who can thrive independently.
Ability to travel to various store locations using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).
Capable of performing in a fast-paced environment, meeting physical activity requirements, including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
Previous retail or grocery experience is an advantage.
Must reside within a 25-35 mile radius of Winter Garden, FL.
Availability required Tuesday - Saturday.
Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience.
