Genesis of Bloomington-Normal is seeking a Facility Coordinator who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-ready dealership environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

As a Facility Coordinator, you play a key role in first impressions-ensuring our showroom, lot, and vehicles reflect the high standards of the Genesis brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a pristine showroom and dealership property through general upkeep and cleanliness
  • Ensure showroom and lot vehicles are clean, properly staged, and merchandised for optimal customer presentation
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery by cleaning, inspecting, and confirming all required items are present
  • Perform daily lot duties, including debris removal, organizing vehicles, and keeping the exterior customer-ready
  • Occasionally detail vehicles to an exceptional standard (interior and exterior)
  • Collaborate with service porters and transporters to support both sales and service departments
  • Assist with vehicle check-ins, including outdoor work in all weather conditions
  • Run errands and deliver or pick up items as needed for management
  • Support the sales team by building positive working relationships
  • Uphold professional appearance, communication, and conduct with customers, coworkers, and vendors
  • Follow all company policies and complete other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Valid Illinois Driver's License with a clean, spotless driving record
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal communication skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility to perform a variety of duties
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and applicable regulations
  • Regular, reliable attendance is required
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
