Geriatrician - Monday through Friday. Call from home.

Internist with Geriatric training / experience to join an interdisciplinary team. Serve vulnerable older adults in our home-based primary care and long-term care practices with the strong support. Position comes with future opportunities to expand into other aspects of geriatric clinical care and engage in geriatrics education with residents and fellows. Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm schedule. Call is from home and will be 1 or 2 days per week and 1 or 2 weekends per month to start.
