Overview
We are seeking a Global Training Coordinator to play a key role in supporting rapid growth across a global aviation platform. This position will focus on building and executing scalable training programs to ensure employees are qualified, compliant, and ready to support increasing production demands.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role working across multiple international sites, driving consistency, quality, and efficiency in training delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global training roadmap to support business growth and new product introduction
  • Coordinate training programs across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in content and delivery
  • Work closely with site leaders to manage training logistics, scheduling, and rollout
  • Implement modern training methods (e.g. e-learning, simulations, video, workshops)
  • Ensure all training meets regulatory and compliance standards (FAA, EASA, AS9100, etc.)
  • Manage training governance including content development, approvals, and version control
  • Track and report on training KPIs (completion rates, qualifications, audit outcomes)
  • Support cross-site collaboration and alignment across training teams
Requirements
  • ~5+ years' experience in training, L&D, or operations within aviation (MRO, OEM, or airline environment)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory training requirements (FAA Part 145, EASA, AS9100)
  • Experience designing or scaling training programs and curriculum
  • Familiarity with modern training tools and delivery methods
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work across global teams and travel as required
Preferred
  • Professional certification in Learning & Development (e.g. CPLP / CPTD)
  • Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma
  • Experience with digital training tools, AR/VR, or competency systems
