We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to become a vital part of our team. As a Closeout Billing Specialist, you will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while focusing on financial success. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and calculate final government contract invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation and data are included.
• Review billing practices to confirm compliance with contractual terms, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and DCAA standards.
• Analyze schedules related to accounts receivable and unbilled receivables.
• Follow up on collections until payments are secured.
• Process final invoices leveraging Cumulative Allowable Cost Worksheet and Cumulative Cost Reconciliation methods.
• Utilize your understanding of various government contracting concepts, practices, and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• U.S. Citizenship
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant billing experience in government contracting
• Experience with Costpoint
• Knowledge in closeout and final billing practices
• Proficiency in Excel
• Solid experience in collections
• Strong skills in account analysis and reconciliation
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
• Exceptional multitasking skills to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with WAWF or other government electronic invoicing systems
• Familiarity with Costpoint
• Experience with Impromptu
