The Hair Salon Operations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of salon operations, offering leadership and resources to help the team grow their clientele and enhance business performance. This manager also delivers a full range of hair care services offered by Supercuts and ensures high standards of guest service and salon profitability. We are committed to providing every guest with an exceptional experience through quality consultations, outstanding service, and expert advice on achieving their desired look at home.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as mandated by state/provincial regulations.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to understand guest needs and deliver efficient services through quality consultations.
- Administrative skills for tasks like schedule management, register transactions, and maintaining salon operations.
- A knack for resolving guest issues professionally.
- Effective leadership abilities to develop and inspire a team, fostering a positive work environment, training for business and technical skills, and addressing associate concerns.
