About the Role
The Company is excited to announce an opportunity for a Head of Mortgage Product to drive product management for US mortgage and HELOC offerings. In this leadership role, you will be pivotal in shaping the strategic direction, development, design, launch, and lifecycle management of our mortgage products. Your mission will be to fuel growth through innovation, leveraging AI and automation as key tools.
As Head of Mortgage Product, you will oversee all aspects of the product ecosystem, ensuring that our client-facing applications and loan origination products align with the company's vision. You should have an in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, its processes, and regulatory landscapes, and you will collaborate closely with teams across the globe to ensure our product strategies are on point.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and executing the product strategy vision
- Leading the development and enhancement of mortgage financial products
- Coaching and mentoring the product team

- Championing exceptional client experiences
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 10 years of comprehensive experience in product management within the mortgage sector, showcasing a successful track record of driving transformation and leading large teams. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be engaging with various stakeholders across technology, legal, risk, and compliance functions to ensure our offerings meet regulatory and business objectives.
