In this pivotal role, you'll provide invaluable HSE support and leadership for an EPCM project at a client facility in Corpus Christi, TX. Your contributions will be critical in partnering with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, Project Manager, and Construction Manager to promote HSE excellence and ensure a safe working environment that prevents injuries and protects business continuity.
You will take personal ownership of protecting our workforce and driving strategies for continuous improvement. Open communication with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, and fellow HSE team members will be paramount as you provide technical guidance and ensure alignment with project HSE strategic plans and objectives.
Through strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, you'll offer support via training, technical reviews, regulatory guidance, and governance oversight, ensuring consistent implementation of the Jacobs HSE program.
Your responsibilities will include leading incident notifications, investigations, and reporting, as well as managing injury protocols and facilitating return-to-work processes. Additionally, you will review subcontractor hazard assessments and participate in operational readiness reviews to ensure project success.
This role involves travel primarily to and from the project site, with potential for future assignments requiring travel within the US and North America.
As a Safety Supervisor, you will expertly manage various stakeholders, providing leadership and vision to Project and Construction Managers while fostering a supportive environment for subcontractors. Building rapport and trust with our craft workforce is essential as you embody a culture of inclusivity and care.

Associate degree or 2-3 years of relevant HSE experience
1-2 years of experience in the industrial/construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
