We are looking for a medical hematologist/oncologist to join our growing medical team full time at our private practice in Bakersfield, CA.
We have an established practice with solid referral basis, a good payor mix, diverse patient population, and a caring and dedicated staff. The ideal candidate should be open to general hematology/oncology but some ability to have a specialty of interest. We have been proudly serving the community of Bakersfield for over 14 years and our reputation continues to grow. - Practice has an extensive support network with access to top notch surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, imaging, hospital services, and laboratory services to provide superior patient care and patient experience.
- Through our clinical trials program, we offer access to novel therapies for cancer to ensure the most current treatment plan for our patients. The director of our program is leader in the industry with key oncology publications in major journals across the United States and Europe. He leads many of the latest research and clinical trials and continues to function as a consultant for multiple pharmaceutical industry partners.
- Our office is equipped with outpatient infusion center, in-house chemo lab, and on-site genetic testing.
- We value our oncologists development, whether that be in clinical trial research, medical education, or clinical practice. Our organization is flexible and can be adapted to meet our oncologists career goals.

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday (8 am- 5pm)
Salary (range):
- $750K plus bonus compensation
Requirements:
- Completed fellowship in Hematology/Oncology
- Licensed to practice in CA
