Your Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervise care protocols, conduct thorough patient assessments, and devise personalized care plans.
• Build rewarding relationships with patients by addressing their physical, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment, and standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• Preferred: CRRN certification; assistance provided for obtaining.
• Minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience required.
• A year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
