Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse:
- Deliver home-based care to patients with varying conditions, aiding in their recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and aides in patient care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document progress effectively.
- Provide education to patients and their families about care plans, medications, and safety.
- Ensure coordination of care and successful discharge from services.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program and valid RN license in Colorado.
- At least one (1) year of nursing experience; home healthcare experience preferred.
- CPR Certification required.
- Familiarity with state and federal home health regulations.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to care.
- No Covid Vaccination Requirements.
