Key Responsibilities
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will:
- Administer skilled care to patients who need intermittent professional services.
- Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members on care plans.
- Deliver services based on physician's orders and established plans of care.
Qualifications
To be considered, you must have:
- A degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Current licensure in the state of practice.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed nurse.
- Basic technology skills, including experience with mobile devices.
Preferred qualifications may include Medicare home health or hospice experience.
Requirements
- A valid state driver's license.
- Automobile liability insurance as mandated by law.
- Reliable transportation in good working order.
