Bespoke Landscapes and Horticulture is seeking an experienced Horticulturist Supervisor / Team Leader to maintain and our portfolio of high-end residential gardens across Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, has a strong passion for plants, and enjoys delivering exceptional results in premium outdoor spaces.

• Supervise and lead a small team on site

• Maintain high-end residential gardens to an exceptional standard

• Ensure best-practice horticultural techniques are applied

• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet daily goals

• A genuine passion for plants and working outdoors

• Strong knowledge of plants, pests, and diseases

• Ability to work well within a team and independently

• Confident using tools and equipment, including ladders

• Strong communication skills with both clients and team members

• A current driver's licence

• Full-time, stable employment

• Immediate start available

• Salary range of $70,000 - $95,000 per year (depending on experience)
