We are connecting dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses. This full-time Hospice RN role serves patients across Eastern Pennsylvania, offering extensive clinical support, manageable caseloads, and leadership committed to providing outstanding care and supporting the nurses who provide it.

A Day in the Life of Our Registered Nurse

Experience the joy of providing compassionate hospice care, working alongside a devoted interdisciplinary team.

  • Design and oversee tailored hospice care plans
  • Offer emotional and clinical support to patients and their families
  • Document patient care in EMR systems (familiarity with TruChart is a plus!)
  • Coordinate care services throughout Eastern PA
  • Enjoy the freedom to manage your schedule with the backing of your team

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidates for Connection
    • Active RN license in Pennsylvania
    • 2+ years of RN experience (hospice/home health preferred)
    • Ability to work independently with clinical support
    • Experience with EMR systems
    • Valid driver's license, transportation, and auto insurance
    • Compassionate, organized, patient-focused care
