In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding in-store merchandising support to retailers focused on fulfilling shopper needs. Responsibilities include constructing displays and end caps, reorganizing shelves to optimize product rotation, and monitoring inventory to ensure maximum sales potential for both stores and suppliers. About You:

• You are comfortable engaging with customers and management with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
• At least 18 years old
• Physically capable of moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from your work location
• Exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• A self-motivated individual with a strong drive for action and results
• Ability to work independently while also demonstrating strong team collaboration skills
• Competent in performing job duties with a safety-first mindset in a retail environment
