The Registered Professional Nurse plays a critical role in enhancing patient care by assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing the needs of assigned patients throughout their care journey. This includes a focus on effective transitions toward discharge while ensuring a smooth acute care stay.

• Deliver and coordinate high-quality patient care.
• Work collaboratively with the caregiving team to meet patient needs.
• Ensure compassionate and competent patient care is consistently provided.
• Engage with hospital staff, referring facilities, and patients in various care settings.

Hourly Min: $34.65 | Hourly Max: $35.69
