Job Summary

As the Infusion Services Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Chronic and IVIG patient referrals. You will work closely with various teams, including pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations, to ensure we meet our revenue and profit goals while expanding our market share. Your key customers will include clinics, physicians, and payors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources, including clinics, physicians, and payors to generate patient referrals.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding market share and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support our business development strategies.
  • Evaluate territory performance and create strategic plans that align with our company objectives.
  • Promptly address customer service issues to maintain high client satisfaction levels.
  • Assist with pricing submissions and managed care initiatives in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Keep accurate records, including call reports and expense reports, in a timely manner.
  • Enhance your knowledge of relevant disease states, drug therapies, and reimbursement policies.
  • Contribute to staff training on customer service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience: Proven experience in business development and customer service is required. At least two years in infusion services or a related healthcare field is preferred. Understanding of reimbursement policies is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong ability to sell healthcare services.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement processes is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator, able to think conceptually.
