Job Title Care Management Job Description Coordinates patient screening and evaluation to determine suitability for assessment screenings and psychiatric diagnostic interviews within the Providence Behavioral Medicine Group. Provides referrals to appropriate treatment resources when services are not the right fit. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related Behavioral Health discipline. Assessment and/or crisis intervention experience. Why Join Providence?
