Interim Maternal Child Director

• Reports to the Chief Nurse Executive and oversees 137 FTEs across LDRP and NICU
• Approximately 240 C-sections annually within a comprehensive maternal child program
• Focus on staffing stabilization, schedule integrity, and reducing vacancy/turnover impact
• Lead team engagement efforts including visibility, rounding, communication, and culture reset
• Provide clinical operations and quality oversight to maintain safe staffing, audit readiness, and high reliability standards
• Requires active, unrestricted California RN license; BSN preferred
