  • Primary care office setting
  • Reason for need: growth
  • Client is open to part-time or full-time providers (must work at least three days a week)
  • Adult patients only
  • Client has multiple locations in the New Haven area - ability to pick the office that is right for you
  • See 18-20 patients per day
  • Ability to pick up inpatient shifts, if desired (not required)
  • Phone call is once every month or so (negotiable)
