This facility is seeking an Internal or Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p 1-hour unpaid lunch. Wednesdays will be until 7pm
• Job Setting: Clinic
• Types of Cases: Standard outpatient Adult Medicine
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
• Must have Medicare and Medicaid
• Must have an active Connecticut state license
