Are you passionate about inventory management and keen on improving operations? We are seeking dedicated Inventory Control Auditors to enhance our team. In this role, you will conduct monthly shop inventories and collaborate closely with shop crews and management to mitigate losses and boost efficiency. Your insights will not only identify issues but also foster positive changes.

• Possess experience in retail, food service management, or accounting.
• Enjoy interacting with people and have a desire to teach and mentor.
• Have a friendly demeanor and are capable of presenting data and discussing challenging topics with management at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical inventory counts to assess inventory shrinkage.
• Verify cash amounts and ensure accuracy.
• Identify and rectify product code discrepancies.
• Educate shop crew members and managers on the benefits of our shop accounting system.
• Assist with operational and personnel challenges.
• Collaborate with management to address shrink-related issues.
• Travel between shops as required.
