Join us as a Lead Application Advocate, where you will have the opportunity to deliver engaging keynote presentations and demonstrations at conferences, webinars, and industry events. Your role will be crucial in showcasing Oracle applications and their effectiveness in addressing real-world challenges across finance, HR, supply chain, customer experience, and various industry verticals.
- Simplify complex application functionalities and technical integration details into actionable business value for diverse audiences, from technical teams to executives and business partners.
- Develop and share a variety of educational materials, including blogs, whitepapers, solution briefs, tutorials, videos, and webinars. Focus on integration scenarios such as connecting ERP with IoT or HCM with AI-driven analytics, along with best practices for maximizing the benefits of Oracle's cloud platforms.
- Actively participate in user and developer communities by hosting interactive events, engaging in Q&A sessions, and fostering collaboration to gather valuable feedback.
- Organize and facilitate hands-on workshops, hackathons, and industry roundtables to demonstrate the adaptability of Oracle applications and platforms to meet specific industry or business needs.
- Work in close collaboration with Oracle engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure technical content accurately reflects new capabilities and integration options while continuously enhancing documentation for clarity and usability.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle product innovations by engaging in development discussions and collaborating with technical stakeholders to share insights from the field.
Success as a Lead Application Advocate will be determined by the reach and engagement of educational content, community participation and growth, user and partner feedback, increased adoption of Oracle applications, and support for the sales pipeline through generating qualified leads.
Responsibilities
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and industry solutions, combined with strong technical knowledge of Oracle technology platforms and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with solution configuration, application development, or integration scenarios.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and content creation skills.
- The ability to articulate technical details in business terms for varied audiences.
- Strong collaboration and networking skills within Oracle teams and external user groups.
- While formal degrees are not mandatory, practical development or solution implementation experience is crucial for establishing credibility in the Oracle applications landscape.

Salary Range and Benefits:
The hiring range for this position is between $113,100 and $185,100 per annum, with eligibility for equity and commission under a pay mix of 70/30.
