In this key leadership role, you will be instrumental in recruiting, developing, and evaluating team performance while setting ambitious departmental financial goals focused on credit quality, volume, and risk distribution. Your expertise will guide loan structuring, terms, risk ratings, and pricing, as you present loans to various management committees for approval.

As a Lead Credit Analyst, you will ensure the successful implementation and monitoring of credit policies and procedures, safeguarding asset quality and optimizing credit risk management. We seek candidates with a robust background in credit management, particularly in commercial lending, who can collaborate effectively with credit analysts and commercial lenders to uphold high standards in loan presentations.

Ideal candidates will excel in preparing insightful reports on loan quality and growth trends while analyzing real estate data to evaluate its implications for our loan portfolio. Your role will also require representing the company in important external communications and participating in influential bank committees. A thorough understanding of credit criteria, underwriting standards, and performance expectations is essential, as is the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively and exceed customer expectations.
