In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, automate, and maintain security platforms essential for our enterprise cybersecurity operations. You will focus on integrating security agents and tools, enhancing detection capabilities, ensuring platform reliability, and enabling our security teams with scalable infrastructure and automation. This position requires a blend of cloud experience and platform engineering expertise to elevate our AI Security tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and improve security platforms that safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Optimize security technologies for real-time threat detection, prevention, and response.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, IT, and security operations teams to deploy and support cybersecurity solutions.
- Secure in-house and public AI and ML/DL systems against cyber threats, ensuring data integrity throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Create robust security platforms for enterprise needs, such as unified telemetry pipelines and SIEM solutions.
- Establish guidelines for securing AI systems, covering data protection, compliance, and model security.
- Mitigate AI-specific security risks, including adversarial attacks and unauthorized access.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on AI models and data pipelines.
- Ensure AI data is encrypted, anonymized, and securely stored, with access controls in place.
- Develop automated workflows and scripts to enhance platform functionality and improve efficiency.
- Keep security tools and systems up-to-date to minimize vulnerabilities.
- Implement real-time monitoring and alerting for security threats.
- Partner with incident response teams to manage security incidents effectively.
- Document platform configurations and operational procedures thoroughly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or a mix of education and experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in security engineering, platform engineering, and AI/ML.
- Experience managing security platforms in large enterprise settings.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with cloud security tools and platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of container security and networking protocols.
- Knowledge of AI/ML security challenges and best practices.
- Experience in incident response and using monitoring tools.
- Understanding of security frameworks and compliance references.
- ITSM processes experience, including tools like ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- CISSP and CCSP certifications.
- GCP cloud certification or equivalent in AWS or Azure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for policy development.
