Join the forefront of Electronic Warfare (EW) and play a crucial role in safeguarding our national security and warfighters against evolving threats. We invite applications for the position of Lead Engineer in Signal Processing, part of our dynamic Electronic Warfare Division.

As a Lead Engineer, you will be instrumental in the research, design, and development of sophisticated signal collection, processing, and dissemination systems. Your responsibilities will encompass crafting innovative algorithms, system performance simulations, and data analysis to extract critical information from signal sensors. Alongside technical expertise, you will guide technical teams, contribute to achieving program objectives, and engage in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cutting-edge algorithms and conduct performance simulations and analyses using both real and simulated data.
  • Lead technical teams and take charge of significant projects.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives by creating technical solutions and new ideas for proposals.
  • Participate in and/or lead lab-based and field testing activities.
  • Effectively communicate project results through briefings and written reports to your team, customers, and management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance and the capacity to obtain a TS/SCI level clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in tools such as MATLAB, Linux, Mathematica, Python, and Simulink, as well as programming languages like C/C++ and Java.
  • Possess a strong understanding of digital filtering, spectral estimation, detection and estimation theory, linear algebra, and stochastic processes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams and projects.
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, and/or radar as a technical leader.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree.
  • Experience in business development and capture efforts.
  • Background in a Research and Development environment.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $270,000 for qualified candidates with an active clearance. Note: Must work onsite in our Arlington, VA or San Diego, CA offices.
