Join our dynamic finance team as a Lead Financial Analyst, where you'll drive critical GPU margin insights, develop robust financial models, and support high-impact infrastructure projects in a rapidly growing environment. This high-stakes role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making and shape future business strategies through diligent financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

In your role within Oracle's finance organization, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive financial support for planning and control. This includes assisting with the consolidation and reporting of financial results and preparing the annual budget. You will gather, model, analyze, and summarize information for financial plans and operating forecasts on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Your analyses will lead to impactful recommendations. Key responsibilities include revenue and expense analysis, headcount-driven expense analysis at the cost center level, tracking product revenue, reconciling accounts receivable, and performing variance and ad-hoc analyses. You may also engage in cross-functional programs and projects.

Minimum Skills & Experience

  • A BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of finance experience in the tech, cloud, or infrastructure sector.
  • Advanced Quantitative Modeling: Proven expertise in performing complex financial and quantitative analyses, specifically focused on CapEx, OpEx, and P&L within a large technology organization.
  • Technical Infrastructure Fluency: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data center operations, with experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, or knowledge of networking OEMs/providers.
  • Cost Driver Analysis: Hands-on experience dissecting multi-million-dollar infrastructure cost structures to identify margin-impacting drivers and improve gross margin management.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to work independently and adapt to quickly shifting business priorities while finding solutions in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications

  • Deal Pricing/Contract Modeling: Experience with complex deal pricing or contract financial modeling (training is available for candidates with strong core infrastructure finance skills).
  • Strategic Agreement Insight: Background in providing finance or cost insights related to large strategic contracts or client/vendor agreements.
  • Process Excellence: Strong aptitude for identifying improvement opportunities and driving the enhancement of financial and operational processes.

Range and Benefit Information: The hiring range for this position in the US is from $84,500 to $178,100 per annum and may include eligibility for bonus and equity.
