Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Analyze vast and complex datasets from millions of gameplay sessions to address crucial business questions.
- Draw actionable conclusions from data insights to shape game features, economies, and product development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish standardized metrics and develop predictive ROAS models.
- Create automated data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to effectively visualize key performance indicators.
- Coordinate live operations and promotions in collaboration with other departments.
- Develop machine learning models and tools to ensure data-driven decisions at all levels.
- Present findings regularly to support decision-making in the studio and among team members.
- Explore new tools and techniques in the ML/AI landscape to elevate player experiences and improve operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of analytical experience, including 4+ years in the online gaming sector.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in handling large datasets.
- Methodical approach to data, with the ability to present insights clearly for effective business decisions.
- Experience with BI visualization tools (such as Tableau, Looker, or Quicksight) is essential.
- Advanced skills in statistical tools and models (Python, R, or similar).
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate data insights across various departments.
- A genuine passion for understanding consumer behavior in social gaming, with a tolerance for uncertainty.
