LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST


Require: Cold Calling Experience


The Sales Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating sales leads and closing sales through various marketing and promotion methods. This includes but is not limited to door-to-door door-to-door marketing, direct mail, website marketing, and community events. The Sales Lead Generation Specialist will also be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and ensuring that all sales orders are placed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or marketing, be self-motivated, and have strong communication skills.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various marketing and promotion methods including but not limited to door-to-door door-to-door marketing, direct mail, website marketing, and community events.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure all orders are placed on time and within budget.
  • Work with Sales Manager to develop strategies for increasing sales volume.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales leads.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop strategies for increasing sales volume.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of lead files.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Duties:

  • Identify, hunt, and cultivate new areas of opportunity to exceed daily KPI's
  • Make introductions and help set up meetings/ calls for the Sales Specialist and Engineers
  • Provide customers with overview of Probo's services
  • Create new leads for the commercial team to close
  • Maintain an organized weekly system of follow up for the commercial team on any open leads and opportunities
  • Exceed all activity, lead and revenue KPI's


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of medical device industry experience.
  • Cold calling experience preferred
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Be a self-starter and work well as a member of a team or independently on several items simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft office is preferred.


Salary: From $40,000.00 per year
