Lead Solution Consultant

The Lead Solution Consultant will drive the design, development, and commercial success of Acxiom's enterprise solution portfolio. This role plays a crucial part in transforming Acxiom's core capabilities in identity, data, and enrichment into scalable, repeatable solutions that achieve measurable client outcomes. We seek an innovative thinker who can bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that our offerings meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Development & Strategy: Engage in client discussions and market analysis to uncover core business needs, translating them into comprehensive solution prototypes and architectures. Assess new opportunities to optimize current solutions while minimizing redundancy.
• Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Partner with Product, Delivery, Services, and Platform Integrations to ensure solution designs are technically sound and commercially viable before market launch. Establish clear responsibilities across teams to streamline operations.
• Go-to-Market & Field Enablement: Work closely with Marketing to create field-ready materials, articulating outcome-based positioning and competitive differentiators for sales teams. Continuously adapt the solution portfolio in line with partner ecosystem developments such as Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, Adobe, and Google.
• Market & Industry Intelligence: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for new solutions. Document best practices and share insights across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Ad Tech, Martech, or Identity domains.
• Proven expertise in designing, prototyping, and scaling data and identity solutions.
• Strong ability to translate client discussions into actionable solution architectures.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance solution design and development processes.
• Familiarity with relevant partner ecosystems and how identity solutions integrate into major platforms.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across organizational boundaries.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in working within multi-agency or holding company environments.
• Previous roles in solution support, sales, or marketing.
• Capability to evaluate AI outputs critically for relevance and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Acxiom's products or services.
