Licensed Home Inspection Specialist

As we rapidly grow in the realms of 3D virtual tours and property data collection, your expertise and meticulous attention to detail will be pivotal in helping us deliver exceptional results to our clients.

Position Overview: As a Property Data Collector, you'll utilize Asteroom's innovative equipment and user-friendly mobile applications to gather essential property data and produce immersive 360° property tours. This is a unique opportunity to apply your home inspection talents while being at the forefront of exciting technological advancements in real estate.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of relevant experience in real estate, data collection, or photography - OR - 12+ months of outstanding customer service experience
• Licensure as a Home Inspector is highly preferred
• Willingness to operate as an Independent Contractor
• Able to travel and perform work in client homes (with compensation)
• A passion for delivering top-notch customer service and results
• Ability and intent to pass an independently paid background check
• A mobile device capable of running our applications
• Strong understanding of property data collection, virtual tours, and industry trends
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes at job sites
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Schedule: Choose your own hours, Monday to Friday during the day, with weekends as needed.
