The BHC works as part of a diverse, multidisciplinary behavioral health team, embedded in-person at various medical clinics throughout the Portland Metro area. LifeStance is dedicated to offering high-quality behavioral health services that are interconnected with patients' medical care and healthcare teams. The BHC will specialize in brief, evidence-based assessments and interventions aimed at functional restoration and will provide valuable consultation to physicians and other medical team members to enhance access to behavioral health care in primary care.

We are looking for Licensed Therapists who:
- Are fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
- Have experience working with adults, children, and adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Are able to commute to local clinics.
