What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to make a positive impact and grow alongside us. We particularly welcome:
Providers who are willing to conduct 25+ sessions per week
Behavioral health generalists open to seeing clients of all ages (couples/children) with our support
Clinicians who value both autonomy and collaboration within a team
Those interested in advancing into clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Strong character and integrity, committed to delivering quality care
Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts
Must reside in and be licensed in Massachusetts
Compensation:
Up to $124,300, depending on your licensure level, session volume, and available bonuses.
