Role Overview
As the Lifecycle Marketing Strategy Leader, you will spearhead our marketing strategy to generate qualified demand, enhance engagement, and drive revenue growth through digital channels. You will oversee the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention, ensuring every interaction is data-driven and impactful.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the development, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns (including paid media, email, and web) that elevate our customer journey and convert prospects into sales-ready leads.
- Collaborating with digital, product, sales, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies with site experiences and conversion goals.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to assess campaign success, using data insights to enhance performance and return on investment.
- Overseeing marketing operations and automation capabilities for efficient, personalized lifecycle programs while partnering with agencies to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while emphasizing brand consistency and enhancing customer experiences.
- Adapting strategies dynamically based on evolving business needs, performance insights, and market trends.
- Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, guiding them in campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Eight or more years of experience in marketing with a proven record of achieving results.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation with documented success in driving business outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B customer journey and decision-making processes, particularly for small- and medium-sized businesses.
- Proficient in enhancing digital traffic and conversion on owned web platforms.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, lead quality, and pipeline impact.
- Experience with marketing automation, lead management, and CRM integration.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and product teams.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
- An MBA or high achievement indicators are a plus.
