Join Didion as an Ethanol Load Out Operator , a hands on role that ensures safe, accurate, and efficient loading of industrial alcohol and ethanol co products. This is an entry level position with clear opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the plant. 1st shift (5:30am-3:30pm) with overtime requirements Monday - Friday with on call rotation every 4 weeks Compensation: $20-$24/hour What You'll Do Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures Support loading of trucks and railcars Take product samples and help ensure quality standards Monitor process flows and troubleshoot issues Operate forklifts, lifts, and other equipment Perform basic inspections and preventative maintenance Complete required paperwork and data entry What You Bring Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety End Loader experience preferred Ability to follow established processes and work independently Positive team attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments Lift 55 lbs repeatedly Climb stairs and ladders frequently Work safely at heights and in confined spaces Why Join Didion?
