• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Start Date: October 6
• Assignment Length: Ongoing
• Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM, guaranteed 8-hour shifts with overtime after 8 hours.
• Facility: Critical Access Hospital, 25 beds
• Call Requirements: Yes, with a call ratio of 1:4 during the week and 1 in 5 on weekends (OB required). Call starts at 3 PM.
• Case Mix: OB (less than 400/year), General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, Post-Operative care, Nerve Blocks, and Scopes.
• Trauma Level: Level 4 designation
• Patient Demographics: Primarily adults with some healthy pediatric patients (no infants).
• Operating Rooms: 3 ORs
• Support Staff: Traditional OR support staff available
• Staffing Model: CRNA staffing model with supervision
• Licensure: Active New Mexico License, CSR, and DEA required
• Credentialing Time Frame: Approximately 45 days
• Certifications Required: PALS, BLS, ACLS
