DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a CRNA to help us out. Any shift preference is considered full-time preferred.

• Avg Monthly Cases: 1,800
• Avg Monthly OB Delivery: 325
• EMR : Meditech
• Care Team Model: 25 CRNAs; 19 MDs
• Shifts: Preferred: 5-8s; 24 hour OB; Also available: 12s, 10s, 14s, 16s.
• Call shifts: Weekday beeper 3:30p-7a; Weekend call: 7a-7a 24 hours (Preferred to take 1 call shift per month)

• REQUIRED:
• FL License
• DEA
• ACLS
• Board Certified
