SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to lead our logistics team and ensure seamless execution of all facets of production/repair, warehousing, and material handling in support of our Product Support operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading day-to-day logistics operations, including task assignment, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of material handling, storage, and distribution processes.
  • Coordinating logistics support across various projects, programs, and warehouses/stockrooms.
  • Monitoring material requirements and tracking inventory in collaboration with purchasing, production control, and shipping/receiving based on defined priorities.
  • Managing the transfer of materials, parts, and finished products from source to final destination.
  • Executing disposition instructions as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Maintaining the integrity of IDS data with accurate and timely entries.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Seven (7) years of professional experience in project procurements and inventory management.
  • Six (6) or more years of experience in logistical tracking, reporting, record keeping, warehousing, and the transfer and disposition of government and/or commercial property.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience supporting government property requirements and/or defense life-cycle material management.
  • Understanding of DoD inventory management systems and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience operating within a DCMA-approved Inventory Data System (IDS).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
