LPN - LVN

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for an approximate 8-week contract starting mid-February in Clarksville, TN!

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.

• Provide general nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or team leader.
• Support patient health and comfort through attentive care and monitoring.
• Observe, document, and report patient progress, treatments, and reactions to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately.
• Perform pre-employment health screenings, including drug testing, vision assessments, lift tests, and grip strength evaluations.
• Conduct wellness checks and primary care visits.
• Assist with scheduling and laboratory procedures, including phlebotomy.

• Active Tennessee or Compact LPN/LVN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in a primary care or occupational health setting.
• Strong phlebotomy skills required.
• Experience with pre-employment testing, primary care visits, and wellness checks.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR); EPIC experience preferred.
