Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mammography Technologist -NYU IMG.
In this role, the successful candidate under the direction of a Radiologist, operates radiologic/mammographic equipment to produce clinical diagnostic images. and performs routine diagnostic and interventional breast procedures according to established standards and practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify, you must have a Technical Diploma and a Graduate from an AMA Approved school of Radiologic Technology. New York State license. American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT). Advanced Certification in Mammography. 1 - 2 years in Radiologic Technology. Excellent communication (both written and oral), problem solving, and customer service skills. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office. Full knowledge of radiology and Breast Imaging equipment and Radiation physics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Radiology program or related health field.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $60,500.00 - $96,900.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
