Our food is so good that we want everyone to try it. This is where you come in. Are you an inspirational leader with mad accounting skills? You will be responsible for AP, Fixed Assets, and People Accounting (excluding payroll processing).

What We're Looking For:

5+ years' experience effectively performing and overseeing broad based accounting activities for a small to medium sized organization, including but not limited to accounts payable, fixed assets, and food cost and inventory reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's in Accounting and CPA preferred; or commensurate combination of education and work experience
Strong knowledge of general ledger, accounting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Knowledgeable about accounting software applications, including reporting tools.
Knowledgeable of federal and state financial regulations; proactively keeps up to date on regulatory changes and applies new knowledge.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; highly proficient knowledge of Excel
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; works well under pressure.
Exhibits strong problem solving and analytical skills and a high degree of intellectual curiosity; works to identify root causes and probes fruitful sources for viable solutions.
Ability to collaborate with and effectively influence multiple stakeholders.
Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication.
Customer service oriented with a high level of responsiveness.
Self-directed with the ability work independently with minimal supervision.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

Prepares, examines, and analyzes accounting records and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.
Ensures the timely reporting and accuracy of all monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial information.
Monitors and maintains accounting control procedures.
Maintains a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
Identifies, investigates, and resolves accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Manages and supervises the Accounts Payable Team
Reviews property taxes and assessments, address issues with respective agency and coordinates during regulatory audits
Provides reporting directly to the Senior Management team to address questions or irregularities in the financial results, and to identify opportunities for business improvements.
Provides guidance and advice regarding the handling of non-routine accounting and reporting transactions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Directly manages four team members; evaluates job performance and provides coaching and development opportunities for your team.
Assists in supporting the year-end audit.
