As a Technology Risk professional, you'll assess and address various client issues, including business performance variability, cybersecurity risk management, and IT risk management. You'll be part of a network of specialists focused on transforming risk functions and delivering cybersecurity assurance solutions that enhance risk management and governance.
The Opportunity:
As our Technology Risk practice grows, we seek a highly motivated Manager focused on cybersecurity risk and controls. You'll manage client engagement teams, work with diverse clients, and oversee business development activities for strategic accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering an inclusive and innovative work environment.
- Deliver top-quality client services while ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate with key stakeholders about outcomes.
- Utilize your knowledge of current IT environments and trends to identify and communicate engagement issues.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance their information systems at procedural and technology levels.
- Assist in cultivating business development opportunities and present ways to serve clients.
- Demonstrate deep technical knowledge and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
Skills And Attributes For Success:
You will leverage your experience in cybersecurity and strong project management skills to lead and motivate client engagement teams in the assessment, design, and implementation of security solutions.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree with approximately 5 years of related work experience.
- A deep understanding of cybersecurity risk management and internal controls.
- Experience assessing cybersecurity risk management programs.
- Familiarity with NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, or SANS CSC.
- Relevant industry certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA); non-certified hires must obtain certification within one year of hiring.
Additional Qualifications:
- Advanced project management and client service skills.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities.
- A willingness to travel as needed, approximately 50%.
- A valid driver's license and passport are required.
